In 1973, Faith Tank & Manufacturing was formed in West Memphis, Arkansas as a manufacturer of oval and round tanks for the automotive industry.

As the bulk motor oil and quick lube market began to grow, Faith Tank explored more efficient ways to deliver bulk motor oil. Traditionally, bulk oil had been dispensed using oval heating tanks and ratio pumps. These ratio pumps often required expert maintenance that generally could not be performed in the field. Additionally, manufacturing round tanks was tedious making leakage difficult to deter.

Faith Tank addressed these issues by producing a rectangular workbench tank with a unique pumping system built into the tank. This easy to install bulk dispensing tank eliminated the need for high priced and hard to repair ratio pumps.

Designed with only one moving part, Faith Tank’s pumping system dramatically reduced the need for service. Moreover, by producing a rectangular tank instead of a round tank, production line efficiency greatly improved, enabling faster production with fewer flaws.
